All-in-One Platform for Multi-Modality Cardiac Analysis

Studying heart function and diseases, along with drug testing, has traditionally been a complex, slow process. Using cellular models for these studies often involves manual-intensive tasks, a high chance for errors, or costly, specialized equipment to examine heart cell activities.

BeatProfiler addresses these challenges head-on. It’s a comprehensive software that automates the analysis of heart cell function from video data. Our software unifies the assessment of crucial functional metrics—such as contractility, calcium handling, and force output—streamlining research and minimizing errors. It significantly outperforms existing methods, offering analyses up to 50 times quicker and far more accurate.
